The mission of VoA is to provide intervention programs to African countries particularly those hardest hit by poverty and infectious diseases. VoA plans to alleviate the abject poverty and appalling health conditions by expanding the provision of mother and child health care centers, enhancing youth development through training programs and expanding the sponsorship of orphan vulnerable children in underprivileged areas of African countries. In addition to its intervention programs in Africa, VoA provides cultural adjustment and skill enhancement programs to immigrants from Africa. VoA will create partnerships with Non-Governmental and Community Based Organizations to implement health, education, poverty reduction, self-governance and capacity building programs.
